I haven't been updating this blog ever since I got kicked off google adsense due to my friends sitting around clicking my ads too many times in one day. The Evil Empire Google smacked me in the face and I didn't like it. I stopped posting because a lot of stuff was happening and I kind of lost interest because I was kind of forcing myself to update once a day. So now I'm just going to randomly update whenever I feel like it.

Today on the front page of yahoo, I saw an interesting article about the powers of cats and teh interwebs. So now, I have something to aspire to - to be the 2nd greatest catz/interweb combo in teh WORLD. lololXDXD.

Friends with Cats: Will

 From the way my Friends with Cats series has been going, many a human would believe that only girls like holding a cute and cuddly cat in their hands. Well it seems right because the only cat picture I have so far from a dood is this nicely done work by James, a juxtaposition of beauty and beast, cute kitty and big scary man: Will Gorman.

 I'm pretty sure Will loves cats more than anything else in the world, but come on Will you have to take a picture with your cat or else James is just gonna photoshop your head next to your kitty and that's no funz. Hold your littly kitty and play wif it and stuff and give it a lot of catnip so it can get high as a birdy... and then eat the birdy.

Will is an interesting boy though, a man with a boatload of interests and the patience to pursue them all here at UT. ChE, Plan II, BFP, he seems to be a man with so many interests that he will have a very hard time picking what path he actually wants to go down in life. I sometimes feel the same way with all of the interesting stuff that happens in the world from the stuff we can learn in the classroom to the stuff we can learn from other people. Such a brain, Will.

If you are having trouble deciding though Will, you can't go wrong just being a kitty fanatic, since that is the most interesting thing in the world, does not have a course requirements list, nor do you have to register. Just go kookoo for kitties and your future will be verrry bright. Enjoy all your pursuits will, but know that in all the dreams you chase, you are still just a little kitty trying to decide which cat toy to play with.

So in conjunction with this blog's series of Friends with Cats, the next "thing" I will be doing is posting quotes from the good book occasionally. Not the International Edition, the King James version, or just that old version that Jewish people read, but the lolcat bible.

This idea really was inspired by a birfdai gift from Raeanna, albeit a realllllllly late birthday gift :P. I gave her lubs and she gived me the good book, and now I see de light. De book iz a modern muracle and takes a rel great perspektif on the old bawring edition of teh bible.

Kitteh Roulette

Haven't been posting quite as frequently because Eldridge decided to make 2 CHE 317 homeworks due this friday, both of which are quite long and take a lot of my time, and Anslyn coupled it with an oChem II test on tuesday. Luckily, I've found a great site to take my mind off of all the work (unfortunately, making the work even slower, but slow and steady is the way to go). Check it out, it's called Kitteh Roulette and it's just like Chat Roulette except that it plays a random cute kitty video every time you click next, and don't worry there are no cat penises on this one so its good family friendly fun. My Dad's Work

   As many of you know, my dad is a professor at UTSA. So a little while back, my dad solved some equation that allowed him to push forward in his research work which made him really excited for a while, and resulted in a lot of celebration dinners at Zio's and Fish City Grill (conveniently across the street from each other). Just now he is sending in a lot of papers and finally being recognized for a lot of the stuff that he's doing, which I'm really proud of because he is very passionate about it, and I even helped him out a bit back in high school.

So a while back he was on KENS 5 news for another work he did that was a precursor to the study he is currently doing, which involves arterial tortuosity and the biomechanical modeling of the mechanism by which this occurs, and now he is on KENS 5 again talking about arterial curliing. He even told me it was the same woman and cameraman team who came to interview him from the past. Check out the video if you want to, it's kind of cheesy, but come on, it's my dad!

Anyways, past this spotlight on KENS 5, he was also on KSAT 12 today! However, KSAT 12 still lives in the stone age and obviously doesn't understand my level of computer retardation since they don't have a way to embed their videos on my site, so here's just a link dump to the video.


Even UTSA is tweeting about him! 

 He will be on SA Living (San Antonio's equivalent of The Today Show) on April 20th, and he is flying out of town soon afterwards to give a series of talks on his work. Man, everyone is so busy nowadays! That, coupled with all the work that I have, means a long month ahead for the males of the Han clan.

And to all of you saying, where's the cat in this? Don't worry. My dad went to bed but tomorrow I'm going to catch him with our cat and post it.

Friends with Cats: Samira

Wow, so many cat lovers have birthdays in April. Including, but not limited to, my mom, Mandy Moore, Tia (who was featured on an earlier edition of Friends with Cats), the brown guy from Slumdog Millionare, Jet Li, Ulysses Grant, KELLY CLARKSON (said like Steven Carell), Master P, and of course, the birthday celebrating cat-ophile Samira. So basically, I only know her as the one who started the chatroulette online sensation within the quad, and I'd just like to tell her that I am truly scarred by all of those pee pee's that I've had to F9. However, it was really fun to mess around with that site. Also, Samira pretty much made Tim admit he's gay, which just shows you how much personal sway us cat lovers have.

Anyways, there was a pretty sweet shindig downstairs in Andrews last night for her, but I didn't really get to say happy birthday because she was always surround by her incredible posse of friends, but at least I got some dericious cakes. Anyways, here's a birthday spotlight for a cat lover who isn't afraid to show it. Enjoy your birthday with thoughts of itty bitty kittys rolling around in a basket of yarn.
